| Experience : | I had around 9 years of teaching experience. The levels and subjects that I had taught before are: Edexcel A-levels Biology and Mathematics, CAIE A-levels Biology, IBDP (Biology), AP (Biology), South Australian Matriulation (Biology), AUSMAT (Biology), MUFY (Biology), IGCSE (Biology and Additional Mathematics), Form 4-5 (Biology), STPM (Biology) as well as Form 3 (General Science). Total number of students taught are around 200-300. I had supervised 4-5 batches of IBDP EE and IA. The students nowadays are weak in making notes and the way of answering structure questions. I will prepare notes with all the important points that they should memorise and use past year questions to guide them or train them on the skills of answering structure questions especially those data-based questions. Hence, the students now have a great improvement on how to analyse and evaluate data-based questions. I'm also the examiner of CAIE IGCSE Biology and IBDP Biology, thus, I could provide the students with the common mistakes made by candidates and the answers which could gain marks. In addition, during my university time, I had 2 Dean's lists. I had also achieved Grade 6 in Piano. |
